Privacy Policy
How Lubeck Studio collects, uses, safeguards, and shares personal information in connection with its website, services, and internal automation tools.
Scope. This policy applies to Lubeck Studio's public website, business communications, and client services. Where Lubeck Studio processes personal data for a client as part of a contracted service, the applicable client agreement and that client's instructions may govern that processing.
Who we are and how to contact us
Lubeck Studio provides AI solutions, software development, websites, business automation, CRM implementation, and digital marketing consultancy. In this policy, “Lubeck Studio,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the business operating lubeckstudio.com.
Information we collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:
- Contact and inquiry information, such as your name, email address, phone number, company, message, and meeting preferences when you contact us or request a discovery call.
- Website and device information, such as IP address, browser, device, pages viewed, referral source, and interactions with our website, where made available through server logs, cookies, or analytics tools.
- Client-service information needed to provide agreed services, which may include business contact information, CRM records, website content, campaign data, and operational information supplied by or accessible on behalf of a client.
- Business communications, including emails, messages, meeting notes, and support requests that you send to us.
How we use information
We use personal information only as reasonably necessary to:
- respond to inquiries, schedule conversations, and manage prospective or current business relationships;
- operate, secure, maintain, and improve our website, services, workflows, and client deliverables;
- perform services requested by a client under the applicable agreement and documented instructions;
- measure website performance and understand aggregate usage patterns;
- comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements; and
- protect our rights, users, systems, and business from fraud, abuse, or security incidents.
We do not sell personal information or use it to make solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects on individuals.
Website forms, cookies, and analytics
When you use a contact form or request a call, we use the information you submit to respond to your request and manage follow-up. We may use cookies, local storage, server logs, and analytics tools to keep the website working, remember preferences, understand traffic, and improve content and performance.
Some cookies or analytics technologies may be provided by third parties. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking certain technologies may affect website functionality. We do not use website information for third-party behavioral advertising without providing notice where required.
Client services
Our services may involve CRM systems, websites, analytics, advertising platforms, automation tools, and other business systems. The client normally determines the purposes for which its customer, lead, employee, or website-visitor information is processed. We process that information to provide the requested service, follow the client’s documented instructions, meet contractual obligations, and maintain security.
Client-specific retention, access, and security obligations may be set out in the applicable statement of work, data-processing terms, or service agreement. We do not use client-service data for unrelated purposes.
Internal Google API access and Limited Use
Lubeck Studio uses internal automation tools that may access Google APIs, including Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Contacts. These tools are used only with Lubeck Studio’s own Google accounts to support internal operations, such as organizing business communications, calendar information, documents, spreadsheets, and contacts.
Lubeck Studio’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. In particular, Google API data is used only to provide or improve the internal features described above; it is not sold, used to serve advertising, or used to determine creditworthiness. We do not allow humans to read Google API data except where necessary for security, support, legal compliance, or operation of those internal features, and only as permitted by the Limited Use requirements.
These internal tools are not intended to access clients’ Google accounts unless a separate, documented authorization and applicable service terms are in place.
How we share information
We may share information with service providers and professional advisers that help us operate the business, such as hosting, cloud infrastructure, communications, CRM, analytics, scheduling, payment, security, development, and advertising-platform providers. They may access information only as needed to provide services to us or as required by law.
We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, respond to a lawful request, prevent fraud or abuse, or in connection with a business reorganization, acquisition, or similar transaction. We do not sell personal information.
International transfers
Lubeck Studio works with clients and service providers in more than one country. Information may therefore be processed in countries other than the one where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards or contractual protections for those transfers.
Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including to provide services, maintain business records, satisfy legal or accounting requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary by the type of information, the relationship involved, and applicable obligations. When information is no longer needed, we delete, anonymize, or securely archive it as appropriate.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure, so please use appropriate care when sharing information online.
Your privacy rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, restriction of, or objection to certain processing of your personal information, or to request portability. You may also have the right to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent and to lodge a complaint with a relevant supervisory authority.
To make a request, email rodrigo.rocha@lubeckstudio.com. We may need to verify your identity and may not be able to fulfill a request where an exception under applicable law applies.
Children’s privacy
Our website and services are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so that we can take appropriate action.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version here and revise the effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through an appropriate channel when required by law.
